I have more than 7 years experience improving homes professionally and am skilled in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating and more. So I can fix your shelf or plan and deliver a whole project working with other tradespeople.

Since starting out in 2013 I have offered creative solutions to many tricky issues – and I believe finding and fixing the root cause of a problem first is often the most cost effective way to go.

Because I also like to work in the most environmentally conscious way possible, minimising waste, maximising recycling and I am particularly open to the re-purposing of existing materials where it can improve a project and reduce cost.

Dave made a fabulous job of reslating the entire pitched roof of a Victorian townhouse. I chose him as I’m well aware of his skills from previous experience of having him redo an en-suite bathroom beautifully, he’s totally trustworthy, a delight to have around, thinks outside of the box in terms of the inevitable problems arising when undertaking these renovations. Our deadline for putting the house on the market was looming, and we had run out of time to finish the renovations ourselves. Dave’s calm and competent approach saved the day! I was very happy with the work that Dave carried out for me. He came to my property twice beforehand to discuss what I wanted done and to look at what was required. He then returned, within a week, to carry out the work. He very successfully carried out what I wanted done and, as a bonus managed to use mortar and hooks I had already bought, and recycled an old desk shelf that I had thus minimising the cost. I am very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend him to others and would consider using him again.

I’ve started using Dave to do work on my rental properties after knowing him for some time but never having used his handy skills.
